IX. Our service：

(I).Technical documents
Within 15 days after the contract takes effect, seller will provide buyer equipment layout designed according to
buyer’s workshop drawing.
The technical documentation shipped with equipment are as follow：

 Operation manual

 Special documentation will be appointed by both parties
(II)Technical service

Installation & commissioning.

 Two weeks before shipping, the seller shall communicate with the buyer about the on-site requirements
for cases unloading, installation and commissioning etc. The seller shall assist the buyer to evaluate the
project site and procedure for the total process.

(III)Staff training
 Training location: sokos Company or buyer’s workshop.
 Training time: seller’s manufacturing and trial running periods, installation and commissioning period

 and till two weeks after the commissioning accomplishment
 Training staff number: About 6~8 staff to be trained at seller’s workshop; All the production line
operation staff to be trained at buyer’s commissioning workshop.

(V)Training content
 Comprehensive introduction each machinery and related function for the total line according to the
layout.
 To know well about the key parts for equipment, learn how to operate the equipment and assembling of
key parts.
 Systematically to learn basic maintenance, repairing for the equipment.
 To learn the safety knowledge for the total production line.
 By training, buyer’s technician can master relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust technics
skillfully and handle faults in time.

(V) Warranty
 The quality index of equipment performs national or industrial standard. Seller guarantees the equipment
is brand-new and made with latest design and proper material, and conforms to contracted quality,
specification and performance.
 Seller guarantees the equipment achieves technical performance index within the time appointed by
parties after correct guidance of installation and commissioning.
 Seller guarantees to be responsible for any defect, fault and damage resulted from seller’s responsibility
as design, technics, manufacture, installation and commissioning and defective material in the contracted
warranty time.
 The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading
port. In warranty time, if buyer finds that the goods quality or specification does not accord with
stipulation of the contract or proves that the goods has defect(including potential defect or unqualified
material, etc.),buyer will have right to make his claim according to certificate issued by legal department
 The seller provide warranty for equipment mechanical performance, product quality and product
consumption index.

(VI)Guarantee repair
 After equipment acceptance, seller provides 13 months warranty for repair and supplies free parts and
effective service in time.
 All the parts supplied have the same quality with original ones. Fastest response, quickest supply and best
service is achieved due to comprehensive after sales service team and spare parts management system.
Thus the equipment by the buyer is able to run without fault with biggest guarantee.
 ‘Spare parts plan’ and ‘maintenance plan’ will be suggested to customers according to their actual
equipment running conditions each year. We will try our best to guarantee each line of our customer run
safely and stable.
