Impact of Verbal Bullying To Emotional Health

Verbal Bullying can be defined as behavior that is meant to make someone feel
uncomfortable or otherwise bad about himself. According to the National Center for
Educational Statistics(2016), 13% were made fun of, called names, or insulted: 12% were
the subjects of rumor. Self-blame and accompanying negative effects can lead to many
negative outcomes. Based on the evidence from border research of the institute of medicine
and the national research council, trauma and stress indicate that earlier adverse life
experiences are associated with the development of psychotic symptoms. People have
suffered verbal abuse from their bosses, loved ones, and even perfect strangers.
