ACT OF DONATION

European official journals under the passport number D2204147 hospitalized and decides to
donate an amount of 115,000 euros contained in an account identified within BNP
PARIBAS BANK. The donor undresses permanently and cannot take back what she left
behind.
I, the undersigned Père hollandais hello declares that Mr. Dubduban marciano A.
is domiciled in the Philippines what my applicant designates, in accordance with article 4 of
law 77-995-of 18-12-77 regulating donations and under the conditions
the following various articles: 943, 931, 932, 944, 953, 960.1076 of the civil code.

As of today, 24/01/2022 and after certification by the Court of First Instance of FRANCE Mr
Dubduban marciano A.
has the full power to use this deed of gift for the withdrawal of these funds mentioned and
perhaps in any place and in any circumstance. Present this donation document for the
withdrawal of these funds paying all applicable taxes by the bank.

As a witness to whom I deliver this deed of gift to serve and affirm what is right.
NB: After signing this document, the recipient is required to pay a sum of 250 euro to the
lawyer who supervised the trial. This amount will be used to cover any expenses that may
arise during the transfer of funds.
