(the same one I used for making the toy).
The panels are worked from the bottom up. At the end of every row Ch 1 and turn your work.

2 - 46sc
3 - 7sc, inc3, 7sc, inc3, 14sc, inc3, 7sc, inc3, 7sc (54)

Then work on the side 19sc.

Cut the yarn, weave in the end. Sew a button
onto the blouse on the side opposite the
button hole.

Connect yarn to the skipped loop of 8 row and make sleeve:

1 - 2ch, hdc in first loop, (2hdc in one loop)*12, 9hdc - into the sleeve’s loops that were left (35)
Crochet in a spiral

6 - 4sc in one loop to the end of row. Cut the yarn and weave in the tail. Repeat the same process to
make the second sleeve.
White cuff and frills:
Join white yarn to the 6th loop of the first row of the blouse and make 13 sl st (as shown in the

Make 7sl st on the top side of the piece, cut the yarn leaving a long tail. Fold the piece up in the shape
of a bow and sew it in the middle.

Sew the muzzle to 24-27 rows of the hat.

Embroider the eyes, using the black thread to 22-23 rows of the hat. One eye length is 8sc. There
must be 7 sc between the eyes. Сlick the link and you`ll get to a video “embroider the eyes”.

Mane:

You can use any colours to make the mane. It is a perfect way to use up leftovers as well. You are
free to experiment with the size and the amount of locks your unicorn will have is also completely up
to you.

Crochet 4 small strands: 35ch, from 4th chain from the hook - 3dc in every loop of the chain to the
end of the row. Cut the yarn, leaving two long tails on each strand.

Crochet long strands (make 8 pieces) - 103ch, from 4th chain from the hook - 3dc in every loop of the
chain to the end of the row. Cut the yarn, leaving two long tails on each strand.
Instead of sewing the mane directly onto the outside of the toy, I attach it by making knots from the
inside of the hat. I make a knot for every pair of tails of each lock.
It is easier to attach the short locks near the horn first, and then long ones, one or two rows above.

That’s how it looks on the wrong side.

To secure the mane you can make several stitches sewing it to the hat.
After that put on the hat and sew it to the toy.
Thank you for crocheting with me!
