WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

To enable the operation of FRATE, we collect information (i) that you provide directly to us as well as (ii) data that we collect automatically,
from the territory where we provide our services and where the user is located.

(i) Data that you provide directly to us

- Registration Information: In order to use FRATE, you must create a user account and provide us with the following personal information:

Your mobile phone number (which is not shared with other users).
Your name and your nickname (both are visible to other users).
Your date of birth: this is not communicated to other users who only have access to your age.

Minors under the age of 13 may not use the YUBO application. If you are a minor between the ages of 13 and 17, the consent of your legal
guardian may be required to allow you to register on FRATE.

Your gender: you have the possibility to specify that you are a girl or a boy or you can choose not to specify it but you must fill in the corres-
ponding box with one of the proposed options. This information is not visible to other users.

Your profile picture: the picture you decide to put on your profile must represent you. This allows other users to identify you within the frame-
work of YUBO's operation and allows us to fight against fake profiles and ensure the security of the application and therefore, yours.
Your password which will allow you to connect to your account. This data is of course not visible to other users, and you must not communi-
cate it to other users. This password is personal and confidential. It must contain at least 8 alphanumeric characters. It is necessary to ensure
the security of your account.

All of the above information is required in order to create your profile and register with YUBO.

You can, if you wish, fill in other sections of your profile (emoji biography, social networks, email). This information is optional.

Data relating to your exchanges with YUBO: when you report a problem, request assistance or exercise your rights, we will process the infor-
mation you provide. In addition, if there is reasonable doubt about your age, we may ask you to verify your age and request the following in-

last logged in, interactions with other users (number of likes or dislikes in swipes), your posts or reports you have made. We also automatically
detect inappropriate content such as explicit content or language, emojis with hidden meanings, images of a sexual nature (e.g. nude or un-
derwear photos), and other inappropriate content. We also automatically detect inappropriate content such as explicit content or language,
emojis with hidden meanings, sexual images (e.g. nude or underwear photos), gore, violence, horror, racism, extremism, drugs, self-harm, sui-
cide, gambling, infringement of third party rights, illegal or dangerous content, in order to ensure the safety of the application, the users, and
the well-being of the users.

Data relating to your position (geolocation): subject to your authorisation, and that of your legal representative if necessary, we collect and
process data relating to your geolocation. This allows you, depending on the settings you have chosen, to show on your profile the city where
you are located and/or to offer you to be friends with people from your city or your country. Your city is hidden by default, unless you set it to
be visible. If you don't want to be located anymore, you just have to deactivate the corresponding box in your account settings. In this case,
we won't be able to show your city, nor will we be able to offer you to meet friends near you.

and remember that any user can record the content you share without us being able to do anything to prevent it and we are not responsible
for any loss or damage that may occur. In the application, note that it is however possible to disable the recording of sound by other users in
the application during a live video, but it is always possible for other users to make recordings of the screen (images or videos), via the fea-
tures of their device, which we do not control and we do not engage our responsibility in case of loss or damage above. The same applies to
live videos and comments that you decide to make as part of the live video service offered by YUBO. The messaging service is only accessible
between users who have decided to become friends. The messages exchanged remain private between the users concerned by the exchange
and are not, under any circumstances, transmitted to other users or to any third party, except at the request of a court and/or in application
of the applicable legal or regulatory provisions.
