in which people experience increased attention, concentration and suggestibility. While hypnosis is
often described as a sleep like state, it is better expressed as a state of focused attention, heightened
suggestibility, and vivid fantasies. People in a hypnotic state often seem sleepy and zoned out, but in
reality, they are in a video we watched they illustrated or shown to us how to remove stress in one’s
mind. The patient looks like sleeping but deep in her mind she was relaxing. The session can make
the patient heal from anxiety and stress cause by problems they experience or faced. The session
causes you to focus on relaxing your mind. I really like his voice very soothing.
