PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE
Campers need to be at school on Monday, April 4th @ 7:00am. Bus leaves at 7:30am. Students
will go to the Griffins Den for attendance and then immediately load the bus for final
announcements and departure. I ask all parent chaperones to arrive by 7:00am as well.
Please ensure your child arrives with enough time to check in, grab anything they need (or have
forgotten in their lockers/band room) & pack their own equipment and luggage onto the bus!
Students will return on Tuesday, April 5th at approximately 6:00 pm.

ATTENTION: Students are to bring their own snacks to supplement the snacks not
provided by the Camp. Mid-day snacks (other than fruit) are not provided by the camp.
1. Students may find it helpful to bring a checklist of their belongings, so they can make sure they
leave with everything they came with!
2. Camp Evergreen is a PEANUT FREE ZONE. DO NOT SEND PEANUTS or products containing
peanut(s) with your child.
3. Your child will be participating in outdoor activities. Make sure they have enough clothes to suit the
activities and the weather.
Students are asked to not bring electronic devices on this trip. If they need to contact home at any time, the
camp phone or a chaperone’s phone will be used. Photos will be posted after the trip on the Google
Classroom for parents to see.
