SUPER-100 Programme

Samagra Shiksha (Secondary Education), Uttarakhand has projected SUPER-100

program for coaching Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology (Botany and Zoology) for
100 selected girls of class 12th of Govt. Secondary schools, aiming to prepare them for
medical and engineering entrance exam.

Qualification, experience and past performance (Result) of faculty/tutors for

coaching the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology (Botany &
Zoology) under Super-100 program is as below:

Eligibility Criteria
Post Graduate (Preferable Ph.D.) in respective Subject with minimum of three years
experience of coaching for medical and engineering entrance exam. (Experience
certificate from a registered coaching institute for medical and engineering entrance
exams). Candidates must be well versed in delivering the content in Hindi as well as
in English.

Age
Maximum Age limit is 65 Years. (On the date of commencement of the program)

To assess the Past Performance of a tutor, the number of students/candidates who
qualified JEE (mains)/NEET or equivalent entrance exams taught by him in last

coaching institute for medical and engineering entrance exams, required)

Interview
Interview will be conducted for maximum 30 marks for those candidates who fulfil
eligibility and experience criteria. No travelling allowance and other expenses shall
be paid for attending the interview. It is necessary for all candidates who are
interested for interview, to intimate with their name, qualification, address, contact
number and E-mail ID through E-mail (rmsauk@gmail.com) two days before the
date of interview. Kindly participate with all original documents at the time of
interview.

Duration of Programme
Super 100 programme is a temporary programme only for 30 days (w.e.f. 1st January,
2019 to 30th January, 2019) or may slightly be changed.

Honorarium/Payment
Level of students for coaching is class 12th and the main focus of coaching is to
prepare the students for medical and engineering entrance exam (crash course).
Each faculty/tutor has to teach/coach at least two periods daily (each period of one
hour duration). Honorarium will be paid Rs. 1500 (Rs. One thousand Five Hundred
only) per period. In case of teaching/coaching three periods (duration one hour
each), the maximum amount to be paid to concern for 30 days will be Rs. 1.20 lacs
only or as per total periods taught by the concerned tutor. Honorarium will be paid
only after completion of 30 days scheduled coaching (crash course). In case, any
tutor leaves the coaching before completion of scheduled 30 days period, no amount
shall be paid.

Boarding and lodging

During the crash course, candidate (Faculty/Tutor) will have to bear all stay, food
and other expenses by their own.

Monitoring
At each center continuous monitoring will be done by monitoring committee. The
monitoring committee will be constituted as under:
1. Director, Secondary Education, Uttarakhand, Additional Director of the
Region or his Representative.
2. Additional State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha (Secondary Education) or
his Representative.
3. Chief Education Officer of the district in which study center is located.
4. Principal of the concerned Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalya (RGNV).

Selection and work order

Criteria for the selection of faculty/tutor is on the basis of academic quality marks
and interview. Total marks for academic quality and interview is 100. A list on the
basis of marks obtained (academic quality marks and marks obtained for interview)
by candidates will be prepared in descending order and work order for each subject
i.e. Physics, Chemistry, maths & Biology will be issued to the candidates getting
highest marks, through e-mail. Letter for work order will be issued to next candidate
in case the first candidate in the merit is not ready to work according to the terms
and conditions of super-100 programme.
