analytical techniques for optimization of blast fragmentation and
improving mine economics in non-coal mines.

B.E/B.Tech Mining/Civil/ECE/CSE/Equivalent preferably with
M.E/M.Tech. degree OR
M.Tech/M.Sc. in Geoinformatics or equivalent

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for
attending the interview
• The date and time of the interview will be informed to the candidates by email only. Candidates should appear
for interview along with their original certificates and other relevant documents
• Selected candidate is encouraged to register for M.Tech. (Research)/ Ph.D programme in NITK-Surathkal.
• The position is temporary and extendable after one year, subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of 2
years.
