There are three sets of self-inventory below.

For the “Self I Like” area, write down the attributes or strengths that you like
about yourself (i.e. personality traits, skills/abilities, talents).
● I like myself for being hilarious and laughing at blurted out words that
don't make any sense.
● I like myself for being naturally charismatic.
● I like myself for liking things and not being ashamed of it.
● I like myself for being cool and being considerate about other
people’s mindset.
● I like myself for not letting my upbringing affect my social skills around
other people.

For the “Self I Don’t Like” area, write down your weaknesses.
● I don’t like myself whenever I feel insecure and ugly.
● I don’t like myself for constantly comparing myself to other people.
● I don’t like myself for being too conscious about my body.

For the “Self I’d Like to be” area, list down the traits that you are working on
or would like to develop in you.
● The self that I would like to be is to get better in eating and work on
my figure insecurities.
● The self that I would like to be is to always be happy even in
circumstances that negatively affects me.
● The self that I would like to be is to not worry about what other people
might think of me and live my happiest days so that people around
me will have lots of memories and stories to tell about me.
● I would like to be a daughter that would make my parents proud, a
sister that would console my siblings, and a person who would be
happy and contented about whatever life has for me.
