QUITCLAIM

I, Rica Shane Ladines Obmerga of legal age, with address at 0279, Purok Dos, Makiling,
Calamba City, Laguna, do hereby state that I voluntarily resigned as WAREHOUSE ENCODER from
Sercomm Philippines, Inc. (hereinafter, “Company”), effective as of JUNE 30, 2022 and in view of the
liberality of the Company in giving me the amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Four Pesos
and 01/100 (Php 2,964.01) the full amount of which I acknowledge to have received through this
document, I hereby state that:

1. I release, remise, waive and forever discharge the Company, its principals, stockholders,
officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, from any action, whether
civil, criminal, administrative or otherwise, or from any claim of any kind or character such as, without
limitation, salaries, allowances, holiday pay, 13 th month pay, separation pay, fringe benefits, gratuity pay,
retirement pay, social security or other related benefits, financial assistance, damages and all rights or
demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which I may now have, or may acquire in the future and/or in
which my heirs, executors or administrators may have, by reason of any matter, cause or thing
whatsoever arising out of or incident to the cessation of my employment with the Company, including
those in connection with my resignation from the company effective JUNE 30, 2022;

2. I warrant that I will not file any complaint against the Company and its successors, and
assigns and/or its directors, officers and staff arising out of or in relation to my past employment with the
Company.

3. I will not at any time in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, disclose to any
person or entity, confidential or proprietary information relating to the business of the Company, or any of
its affiliates or related companies, their manner of operation, plans, processes or data, which I acquired,
learned, and received during my employment;

4. I undertake not to do anything prejudicial to the interest of the company, its principals,
stockholders, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies;

5. I will make myself available to the Company in order to respond to reasonable requests
for information pertaining to the Company. I will cooperate fully in connection with any and all existing or
future litigations or investigations brought by or against the Company or any of its agents, officers,
directors, or employees in which and to the extent my cooperation is necessary. In the event that I am
subpoenaed in connection with any litigation or investigation, if legally permissible, I will promptly notify
the Company and shall give the Company an opportunity to respond to such notice before taking any
action or making any decision in connection with such subpoena.

6. In case I violate any of the provisions of this document, the Company is entitled, by way
of liquidated damages, to three (3) times the amount which I received from the Company, exclusive of
any other damages, attorney’s fees, and cost of the suit.

7. I have read this document entitled Release Waiver and Quitclaim, and fully understood
every word of it and its meaning and have affixed my signature hereunder voluntarily and freely with the
full and complete knowledge of the meaning and intent of this document and of my rights under existing
laws and rules on equity.
