Psoriasis

It is a skin disorder that causes skin cells to multiply up to 10 times

faster than normal. This makes the skin build up into bumpy red
patches covered with white scales. They can grow anywhere, but most
appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. 
Leprosy
It is a chronic, progressive bacterial infection caused by the
bacterium Mycobacterium leprae. It primarily affects the nerves of the
extremities, the skin, the lining of the nose, and the upper respiratory tract.
Leprosy is also known as Hansen’s disease.
leucoderma
The medical name for leucoderma (leucos means white; derma means skin) is
vitiligo. It is a disease caused by destruction of cells called melanocyte in skin,
which produce the pigment melanin responsible for our skin colour. Loss of
this pigment leads to white patches in different parts of the body- there are no
other symptoms associated with it. It can occur at any age.
Chickenpox
Chickenpox is an infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It causes an
itchy rash with small, fluid-filled blisters.
Dermatitis
It is a general term for conditions that cause inflammation of the skin.
Examples include atopic dermatitis (eczema), contact dermatitis and
seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff).

Psoriasis
यह एक त्वचा विकार है जिसके कारण त्वचा की कोशिकाएं सामान्य से 10 गुना तेजी से बढ़ती हैं। यह त्वचा को
सफेद तराजू से ढके ऊबड़-खाबड़ लाल धब्बों में बदल दे ता है । वे कहीं भी बढ़ सकते हैं, लेकिन ज्यादातर खोपड़ी,
कोहनी, घुटनों और पीठ के निचले हिस्से पर दिखाई दे ते हैं।
Leprosy
यह जीवाणु माइकोबैक्टीरियम लेप्रे के कारण होने वाला एक पुराना, प्रगतिशील जीवाणु
संक्रमण है । यह मख्
ु य रूप से हाथ-पांव, त्वचा, नाक की परत और ऊपरी श्वसन पथ की
नसों को प्रभावित करता है । कुष्ठ रोग को है नसेन रोग के नाम से भी जाना जाता है ।

Leukoderma/ vitiligo

ल्यूकोडर्मा का चिकित्सा नाम (ल्यूकोस का अर्थ सफेद होता है ; डर्मा का अर्थ त्वचा होता
है ) विटिलिगो है । यह त्वचा में मेलानोसाइट नामक कोशिकाओं के विनाश के कारण होने
वाली बीमारी है , जो हमारी त्वचा के रं ग के लिए जिम्मेदार वर्णक मेलेनिन का उत्पादन
करती है । इस रं गद्रव्य की कमी से शरीर के विभिन्न हिस्सों में सफेद धब्बे हो जाते हैं-
इससे जुड़े कोई अन्य लक्षण नहीं होते हैं। यह किसी भी उम्र में हो सकता है ।

Chickenpox

चिकनपॉक्स वैरीसेला-जोस्टर वायरस के कारण होने वाला संक्रमण है । यह छोटे , द्रव से

Dermatitis

यह उन स्थितियों के लिए एक सामान्य शब्द है जो त्वचा की सज

ू न का कारण बनती हैं।
उदाहरणों में एटोपिक डर्मेटाइटिस (एक्जिमा), कॉन्टै क्ट डर्मेटाइटिस और सेबोरहाइक
डर्मेटाइटिस (डैंड्रफ) शामिल हैं।
