Respected Sir /Madam,

We are the Youth of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente. On July 18-22, 2022 we will be
conducting a Synchronized Youth Camp with the theme, “Towards Unity in Prayer,
Perseverance in Witness, Maturity in Faith by Equipping the Saints, Building Up the Church and
Faithfully pursuing Mission.” (Ephesians 4:12-13).

In connection with this, we humbly request in your good office to allow us and seek your
permission to host the camp at the school and inviting you to join us for the welcome remarks.
Moreover, we would like to acknowledge you that because it is a camp loud music and shouting
of the delegates are unavoidable but we assure you of good manners by our delegates of different
parishes and missions of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente (I.F.I). We also pledge that the venue
will not be left in a mess and we will clear and clean all the litter and unnecessary garbage before
we leave. I understand that there would be a cost in related to the utilization of the venue and will
be glad to pay as per your advice.
We are hoping that you will grant us our special request. Thanks a lot and more power.
