MODULE 3: THE OLD TESTAMENT

Module Duration: 5th Weeks


Overview:
The Church teaches that the Old Testament is indispensable for Christian life. All
the books of the Old Testament are inspired by God and of permanent value for
Christians. Hence, this topic will be focusing on introducing the Old Testament for
us appreciate its worth and significance.

Desired Learning Outcome (ILO):
At the end of the topic, student must have:
1. Elaborated the source theory of Pentateuch using a concept map.
2. Read and reported one specific story of a popular character found in the
Pentateuch.

• The Explain part of this module is the sharing of your chosen bible story of a
popular character found in the Pentateuch.

Elaborate:
Activity 1: Create a concept map on the important keyword, e.g, significant source,
theme, origin, etc. that best describe the Source theory of Pentateuch. Submit your
final output as an attachment in the google classroom.

Evaluate:
Activity 2: Share a story of a popular character found in the Pentateuch. Story telling
will be done during our virtual classes.
