Welcome on joining us and be part of our DTP Rubber Department Production Area, please be sure to
abide by the Production Area regulations while working:
1. 要愛護公司財物，不可損害公物，嚴禁偷盜行為(故意損壞機台者，開除處分)
1. Take care of the company's property, do not damage public property, and theft is strictly prohibited
(deliberate damage to the machine will result in dismissal)
2. 要服從幹部安排，不准打架罵人，不准拉幫結派，(打架或拉幫結派者開除處分)
2. Obey the arrangement and instructions of the Leaders, do not fight or scold others, and there is no room
for cliques and factions within the Da Tian premises (those who fight or form gangs will be dismissed)
3. 不可私自操作他人的機台
3. Do not operate other's machines without permission.
4. 上班時不可串崗，大聲喧嘩，打瞌睡。
4. Absence from duty, leaving without authorization and career lattice are not permitted during office hours,
making loud noises and doze off are strictly prohibited.
5. 不可在地上推或拉物料框和物料箱
5. Don't pull or drag material boxes and material baskets on the grounds.
6. 保持自己的工作區整潔和良好的工作環境
6.Maintain cleanliness within working area so that you will be surrounded with good working environment.
7. 要提前備好當天生產所要用的物料，不可停機待料
7. It is necessary to prepare the materials used in the production of the day in advance, and work being held
up for lack of materials is strictly prohibited.
8. 物料出入庫要如實記錄
8. The material entering and leaving(outbound) the warehouse should be recorded truthfully.
9. 要確保自己所生產的物料品質是 OK 的，再由品管檢驗合格後，才可發料
9. You need to ensure that the quality of the materials produced by oneself is OK, only after going through
examination by the quality control inspection and the materials have been verified as PASS,can the materials
be issued.
10. 工作中發現有品質問題要馬上反映給幹部
10. If there are quality problems found in the middle of your work, they should be reported to the Leaders
immediately
11. 不准穿拖鞋，不准帶煙火
11.Wearing slippers and bringing fireworks are strictly prohibited.
12.上班要正確佩戴勞保物品，如口罩，耳塞
12. Wear labor protection equipment correctly when going to work, such as masks, earplugs, etc.

以上情況如有違反視情節嚴重情況給予 memo 或扣藍標津貼

If there is violation of the rules above mentioned, the memo or blue label allowance will be deducted
depending on the seriousness of the circumstances.
