3, Inc., is the third most advanced

technology company in the world trying to

create breakthrough products. 3M's goal is

simple, just create products that make a

difference in people's lives and Six Sigma

specializes in management strategy methods

that have been developed and modernized

since its inception in 1986. It focuses on

proactively preventing problems arising in

manufacturing and business operations, as like many companies have started to do, 3M

acquired the Six Sigma management strategy and has revolutionized its infrastructure

moreover, currently 3M is a leading innovator in technology, energy and more due to the

success of the method (Schroeder, R. & Goldstein, S. M. 2018).

Six Sigma is built on the success factors of

previous quality improvement strategies and

incorporates its own unique approaches.

Compared to other quality management and

improvement systems, Six Sigma stands out with

its methodology for measuring and identifying

the root cause of ever-increasing quality

problems, to find ways to improve quality. Better products and services for businesses. It is

important to mention the basic tool used to solve the core problem of the traditional Six

Sigma method, DMAIC.

Define is the definition of customers, the important quality requirements of products

and services, Identify core business processes that need to be improved and perfected
