with Lot tittle no. ____________.

WHEREAS, the lot owner and the agents follow to the conditions agreed as follows:

1. The owner grants the amount of _______________ (Philippine peso) to the above
mentioned agents upon pay out of DITO Telecommunity Corporation for the lease/rent of
the above mentioned lot location as compensation for facilitating negotiations.
2. Both parties are aware that this commission sales agreement is an internal arrangement
between both parties and that contract with DITO Telecommunity Corporation is a
separate entity.
3. Upon signing this agreement, the owner may not sell or attempt to sell/lease the lot
specified on this document since it will be subject for approval and contract signing for
the telecommunication company.
4. Upon signing the agreement, the agents shall be responsible in facilitating negotiations
for the sale/lease/rent of the lot.
