Eligibility Criteria:
1. Building is within the jurisdiction of NKDA.
2. Building Plan is sanctioned by NKDA.
3. Application date within the validity period of the Plan (5 years from date of sanction or date of last Renewal of Building Plan)

Documents Required:
1. Schedule VII (Form of Notice of Completion).* - 500 KB
2. Buildings drawings (.dwg) marked as completion plan with all revisions and modifications signed by the applicant and the technical persons as required.* - 5

3. Structural Drawing. - 5 MB
4. Structural Stability Certificate for building and underground reservoir from Structural Engineer or Civil Engineer on own letter head with copy of enrolment
certificate* - 500 KB
5. Fire Safety Certificate towards occupancy of building issued under the West Bengal Fire Services Act, 1950 (Mandatory for Bulk Project) – 1MB
6. Completion Certificate for internal drainage, water supply, sewerage and plumbing works from Public Health Engineer / Licensed Plumber with copy of
enrolment certificate* - 500 KB
7. Completion Certificate from Electrical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Supervisor for house wiring and all electrical installations with copy of enrolment
certificate* – 500 KB
8. Certificate from Directorate of Electricity of NTESCL Undertaking regarding provision to is satisfaction, of transformer, sub-station and ancillary power supply
for Bulk Project. – 500 KB
9. A Certificate pertaining to lift installation and operation (Mandatory if the provision of lift in the sanctioned building plans). – 500 KB
10. FAR calculation sheet* – 500 KB
11. Car parking statement* – 500 KB
12. Record of Title (Mutation Certificate) (Mandatory if Mutation completed)
13. Documents regarding changed of Applicant Name with respect to sanctioned
building plan. – 500 KB
14. Documents regarding changed of Project/Co-operative Name with respect to sanctioned building plan. – 500 KB
15. Certificate of Green Building ( Mandatory if Extra FAR taken for Green Building).
16. Installation Certificate for Solar Plant (Mandatory if provision of Solar Plant in the sanctioned building plans ) – 500 KB
