criminal records, contempt citations, incidents of violence and any history of mental illness.

11. Any material including, but not limited to videos, audio recordings and written reports that may be
used to impeach prosecution witnesses.

12. Alleged defendant’s consent to be governed ( as per the Declaration of Independence)

13. Alleged defendant’s signature upon the “social contract” (i.e. the constitution). Since all law is

derived from the Original contract of the constitution, no contract can be enforced without a

signature, a meeting of the minds, or voluntary non-coerced consent.
