DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF

ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, the heirs of the late JESUSA LORIAN NARVAJA married to AURELIO D.
NARVAJA, SR., namely:

1. MARIVIC NARVAJA NANALI, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Jenkins Street, Poblacion District IV, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

2. CECILIA NARVAJA COLLADO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Calepaan, Asingan, Pangasinan.

3. ELMAR LORIAN NARVAJA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Jenkins Street, Poblacion District IV, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

4. OFELIA NARVAJA TURINGAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Talogtog, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

5. AURELIO LORIAN NARVAJA, JR., of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of Jenkins Street, Poblacion District IV, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, JESUSA LORIAN NARVAJA, died intestate on February 7, 2013

at Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, married to AURELIO D. NARVAJA, SR. (Deceased)
leaving a portion of FIFTY (50) SQUARE METERS more or less of a parcel of land
which is more particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 234 Pls 907) situated in the Barrio of Poblacion,
Municipality of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the North by Section 02; on the South by 017; on the East by
005; and on the West by 003 xxx containing an area of Three Hundred
Eighty Five (385) square meters more or less, declared under Tax
Declaration No. 38002, not yet registered under Act 496 nor under the
Spanish Mortgage Law but registrable under Act 3344.”

WHEREAS, the portion of FIFTY (50) SQUARE METERS of the above

described parcel of land was acquired by inheritance as per Doc. No. 279, Page No.
56, Book No. 16, Series of 2013 in the notarial record of Atty. Alejandro T. Tabula,
Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

WHEREAS, there are no known debts or obligations due against the estate of
said decedent.

WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to divide, partition

and adjudicate among themselves the said portion particularly the real property
above described extrajudicially in the manner and form hereinafter set forth; and by
way of;

DEED OF QUITCLAIM

We, MARIVIC NARVAJA NANALI, CECILIA NARVAJA COLLADO and

OFELIA NARVAJA TURINGAN for and in consideration of our love and affection to
ELMAR LORIAN NARVAJA married to VERONICA LEGASPI and AURELIO
LORIAN NARVAJA, JR., single, do hereby QUITCLAIM, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY by way of Deed of Quitclaim unto and in favor of said ELMAR L.
NARVAJA and AURELIO L. NARVAJA, JR., their heirs, successors and assigns all
our rights, shares and interests over that portion of FIFTY (50) SQUARE METERS
of parcel of land described above.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands
