Subject: Request about the order, judicial inquiry against the illegal occupation of
grave yard, village Kakoo, reference diary# 136 on 16-02-2013

Sir,

with due respect it is stated that the applicant is a retired school teacher and
do farming as well. There is a grave yard in the village of the applicant which has
the graves of applicant's forefathers. Now the Ex chief secretory Jawed Mehmood
demolished all graves and has occupied the land illegally. Due to which the
applicant appealed against and Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered Chief
secretory Punjab Jawed Aslam to initiate inquiry and prepare report. So, chief
secretory Punjab initiate inquiry against Ex chief secretory Jawed Mehmood. But
as accused has been worked on higg positions so using his power and authority,
the whole institution and Depty Commissioner Qasoor are giving favour to him
and pretending a report according to his will. The applicant and villagers are not
being heard which is absolutely illegal unethical and unfair. The accused has more
authority and influence due to holding high position. He is threatening the
applicant and his family and applicant is really disappointed.

Therefore the circumstances mentioned above, it is requested to order an

inquiry with reference to the Supreme Court of Pakistan, diary# 136, dated 16-02-
2013 which will be just fair.
