“A parcel of land (Lot 8520, Pls 907) situated in the Barrio of Nantangalan,
Municipality of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the
East by Brgy. Road; on the South by Lot 8531; on the West by Lot 8317; and on the
North by Lot 8521, Pls 907 xxx containing an area of Six Hundred Fifty Three (653)
square meters, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-53540 and declared
under Tax Declaration No. 026-00154.”
of which parcel of land, I am the registered owner and possessor of the above described parcel
of land.
That I hereby warrant, valid ownership and peaceful possession of the above conveyed
portion of a parcel of land unto said VENDEE, and further bind myself to defend the same
against any and lawful claims of third persons whomsoever.
That the provisions of Article 1623 of the Civil Code as well as Sec. 11 and 13 of the
Agrarian Reform Code of the Philippines has been complied with accordingly by herein
VENDOR.
