We are pleased to confirm our offer of employment. To help you understand the full extent of our offer, we have set out
below the terms and conditions of your employment.

 You have been appointed to the position of TEACHER for the School Year 2019 - 2020. You will report to NAME
OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR, our Immediate Supervisor’s Designation. Your start date will be (insert date).
 This position is FULL-TIME/PART-TIME/TEMPORARY and you will be required to work FORTY HOURS a week.
 You will be employed on an initial qualifying period of TWO YEARS. Your continued employment with CAMPUS
depends upon your successful completion of the qualifying period. This period is an opportunity for both parties
to assess your suitability for the job.
 Your compensation will be XXXXX PESOS (PhP XX,XXX.XX) a month. Our payroll runs on a BI-MONTHLY basis.
 A full description of all the terms stated herein will be discussed to you at the commencement of your
employment.
