I. NARRATIVE
On November 1, 2020, Typhoon Rolly struck Pampanga and the rest of the provinces in Central
Luzon. As reported in the official website of Sunstar, Typhoon Rolly, the strongest typhoon in 2020, had
spared Central Luzon from the expected destructive winds and massive rainfall.
In line with this, continuous update and reminders were sent to the teachers and students of Dr.
High via messenger as a precautionary measure to prevent and minimize the possible damages of the
typhoon. On November 2, 2020, an inspection in the school premises was promptly done to determine the
damages if there is. Fortunately, there were no reported damages on the school’s infrastructure and no
trees has fallen down by the typhoon. In addition, there was no reported cases of casualties and injuries
among the stakeholders of Dr. High.
