international cash volume of the preceding quarter as reported by the issuer to Visa in its Quarterly Operating Certificate.1

Reimbursement of Withholding Tax Paid

Visa Worldwide Private Limited (VWPL) will reimburse the withholding tax paid on the license and on-shore services fees if a client is required to
fulfill this tax obligation to its respective tax authority. Clients will have to submit the tax receipts to VWPL after settling their respective local
withholding tax obligations.
