Dear Mr. Yaneza:

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

I hope this letter finds you well and healthy. This letter is in relation to
the lot/property located at Sitio Putik, Brgy. San Jose, Baras, Rizal. I write
this letter to request a meeting with you to talk about the said property
which is registered in your name and covered by Original Certificate of
Title (OCT No. ______________).

One of the primary reasons why I am particularly interested in the title

and ownership of the aforesaid property is because I am a victim of a
bogus sale transaction with Alpha Omega World Development Marshall
Programme (“Alpha Omega”, for brevity) involving the said property in
which Alpha Omega falsely pretended and represented to be the
registered owner of the said property. I already brought the case before
the National Bureau of Investigation and it is presently under
investigation.

Since the spurious sale, I had no knowledge as to who was the registered
owner of the aforementioned property until I inquired with the DENR-
PENRO Office in Taytay, Rizal about the property. I learned that the
property is registered in your name and is covered by Original Certificate
of Title (OCT No. ______________).

Nonetheless, notwithstanding the fraudulent sale, I continue to be

interested in purchasing the property. Hence, I would like to know the
proper party or personality to purchase it from, or if it is even up for sale,
to begin with.

In this connection, I would like to ask you for a meeting on
