SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AAAAAA , Filipino, legal age, married and a resident of Roxas City,

Capiz, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT BBBBBBBB,
Filipino, legal age, married, and a resident of Lapaz, Iloilo City, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stand
and for my own benefit to do and perform all or any of the following acts
and things, namely:

1. To process the application for the correction of a clerical or

typographical error in the middle name of my daughter CCCCC
before the Local Civil Registrar of Ajuy, Iloilo and with any concerned
agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

2. To pay any and all liabilities, cost and expenses required for these purposes;

3. To accept and receive any and all documents including all official communications from
the Local Civil Registrar of Ajuy, Iloilo and

4. To sign, execute, deliver and submit all documents and papers, and perform all acts may
be necessary and expedient for said purpose.

I AAAAAAAA , Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and a Roxas

City, Capiz, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, BBBBB, of
legal age, married and a resident of Lapaz, Iloilo City, to process the
application for the correction of a clerical or typographical error in the
middle name of my daughter CCCCCCC before the Local Civil
Registrar of Ajuy, Iloilo or to any concere, with full power to do and
perform on my behalf any act and deed which I could legally do and
perform, and;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act

requisite necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-
in-fact or her shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
