SUBJECT : Inventory of Existing Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award

(CCLOAs)

In accordance with Administrative Order (AO) No. 01, Series of 2021 titled, “Revised Guidelines and
Procedures on the Parcelization of Landholdings with Collective Certificates of Land Ownership
Award”, may we provide you the Inventory of Existing CCLOAs (CARPER LAD Form No. 70). In
this regard, you are hereby directed to validate/verify the following:

1. Whether the names of the ARBs are annotated in the existing CCLOA;

2. Land Type;

3. Survey Status;

4. Land Use; and

5. Other relevant information (i.e., with cooperatives, etc.)

Likewise, prepare and submit to the DAR Provincial Office (DARPO) a field investigation report on
the existing CCLOAs using CARPER LAD Form No. 70-B.
