Dear Sir,
This has to reference of your letters cited above wherein you have submitted profile of main producers i.e. Foscoc
Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. & BASF Chemicals for procurement of Chemical Admixtures for use in Structural Concrete
and PQC work as per 1012.3 & 602.2.3 of MORT&H Specifications.
This office has been reviewed the above matter as per MORT&H & Contract provisions and the Chemical Admixture
(for use in Structural Concrete and PQC work as per 1012.3 & 602.2.3 of MORT&H Specifications.) can be procured
from the Foscoc Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. & BASF Chemicals, as proposed subjected to the followings:
1. However, Third Party Test Reports, confirming with IS: 9103, have been submitted along with submitted
proposal, but it requested to arrange third party testing (confirming with IS:9103 & IS:6925) for third party
testing at the earliest.
2. The Concessionaire shall ensure to collect manufacture’s test certificates, confirming to IS:9103 & IS:6925,
shall be collected for each supply and shall be available in Laboratory.
3. As per clause 1012.2.3.1 of the MORT&H Specifications, provide information concerning each supply
obtaining from Foscoc Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. & BASF Chemicals.
4. The Concessionaire shall ensure adequate storage of Chemical Admixture as specified by the Foscoc
Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. & BASF Chemicals.
