The given proposal from the Dean to Fina is another opportunity for her and her business.

It only
proves that her photocopy business is a successful one that gives quality printouts. Considering
that Fina hasn't been offered a proposal like this, since Fina will be the one copying the books to
be sold to the students, the dean will expect a commission. So, if Fina consulted me, I would say
it's an opportunity for her. But the problem is that the proposal is unethical in business because
the books were copyrighted. She will possibly sanction a violation. Even if she is given a
commission, even if it will make a good profit for her or even for the school, even if it can cause
bad implications for her and the dean, she will still face the punishment she violated. I guess the
right thing to do is to decline the offer from the Dean. It will make her and her business safe
from any violations. Fina can also pursue her plan to expand her business. It's okay if she loses a
valuable profit from the proposal. What's important is that the business operate ethically and
make a profit every day. That could make the business more successful.

The Dean's suggestion to Fina represents yet another chance for her and her company. It merely serves
to demonstrate that her photocopy company is a profitable one that produces prints of high quality.
Since Fina will be the one copying the books to be sold to the students, and since Fina hasn't been given
a proposal like this, the dean will anticipate receiving a commission. So, if Fina asked me, I would tell her
that this is an opportunity for her. However, the issue is that because the books were copyrighted, the
plan is unethical in business. She might impose punishment for a violation. Even if she receives a
commission, even if it results in a profit for her or even the school, even if it can have negative effects on
her and the dean, she will still be punished for the offense she committed. The Dean's offer should
probably be declined, I suppose. She will be protected, as well as her company, from any violations. Fina
is free to proceed with her strategy to grow her company. It's acceptable if she forfeits a sizable profit
from the proposition. It's crucial that the company be run responsibly and turn a profit each and every
day. That might increase the company's profitability.
