Conclusion, sermon one:
Though we live in a democratic society, we must recognize that
God Himself is sovereign over all nations and all peoples.
Therefore, as we participate in that democracy, we prayerfully
follow biblical guidelines that God has given us to recognize true
leaders. People will disappoint us, they will not keep their word
to us! However, in a democratic society, we have freedom to
demand that they keep their word and that they follow through
on their commitments to justice.
