PROPOSAL FOR THE RENTAL OF HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR ON PER HOUR RENTAL BASIS

In accordance with your requirements, we are pleased to quote you the following equipment
subject to the terms and conditions below and to our final acceptance:

PRICE: 1,000 per hour (VAT Excluded)

MINIMUM USAGE: 30hrs

MINIMUM PER DAY: 4hrs

IDLE TIME (when unit is on site but not used): 4hrs

TERMS OF PAYMENT 100% BEFORE DELIVERY OR MOB & DEMOB DOWNPAYMENT.

OPERATOR LODGING: Customer's Account

OPERATOR FOOD: Our account (MTS Equipment Rental)

FUEL: Our account (MTS Equipment Rental)

MAINTENANCE: Our account (MTS Equipment Rental)

MOBILIZATION: Customer's Account

DEMOBILIZATION: Customer's Account

TERMS AND CONDITION
BASE RENTAL

• Minimum payment of 30hrs. rental. Regardless of number of days.

• If the unit is on operating condition 4hrs. Idle time per day will be applied for standby duty.
• Usage hours exceeding the applicable rental duration will be considered as excess hours and will
be charge in hourly machine base price.
• In case of extension of rental beyond the original agreement, please issue Purchase
Order/Advance payment before the initial 30hrs. is fully consumed. If MTS Heavy Equipment
Rental does not receive extension, rental contract is deemed ended and reserves the right to
shut down or pullout subject equipment.
• Rental contract commences upon the arrival to client’s project and ends upon the return of the
unit to MTS Heavy Equipment Rental’s yard.

OPERATOR AND MAINTENANCE

• All maintenance and repairs on the rented equipment will be provided by MTS Heavy Equipment
Rental.
• Fuel, grease and oils needed by the equipment will also be provided by MTS Heavy Equipment
Rental.
• MTS Heavy Equipment Rental will provide one (1) operator and (1) spotter.
• MTS Equipment Rental shall not be held liable for any damages to any damages to costumer’s
properties in the course of the operation (please be reminded that our operation will not initiate
to any job without prior notice or go-signal from any of the officials on the jobsite. Mainly the
site foreman, engineers, architects or anyone in command in the jobsite.)
• Customer to provide proper lodging for the employees.
• Normal company allowance fifteen (15) minutes for break time for snacks (one in the morning
and one in the afternoon) included in our charge. One-hour lunch break and one-hour dinner
break (if necessary).

TERMS

• Payment of 100% rental rate or mobilization/demobilization cost per unit is required prior to
mobilization.
• Mobilization & Demobilization (Move In/Move Out) is not refundable.
• Our unit will not operate if the initial payment is not yet deposited if the customer choose a
down payment option.
• MTS Heavy Equipment Rental does not allow “OPERATE NOW, PAY LATER” due to bad
experiences advance payment should be made to consume, Excess time after the project will be
refunded in 1-3 working days.
• MTS Rental will ask for advance payment collection if less than 10 hours is left.
 • Customer should advice MTS Heavy Equipment Rental of order confirmation at least two (2) day
prior to mobilization. Our company is not responsible for all VATS and other taxes that may have
in this.
• All permits expenses like gate pass, temporary passes for the employees should be provided by
the client.
• We in MTS Rental can accept advance booking but we cannot guarantee the availability of our
units unless a deposit is secured. We advise that you make a deposit to secure a slot.

COVID-19 CONDITIONS

 If it’s required in the premises all fees for Rapid test and Swab test must be shouldered by the
client.
 We in MTS Rental value the health and safety of our employees and their families, in case of
positive result in the site, the client should provide an isolation area for our employees.

CONDITIONS

• Any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period should be charge to the customer
accordingly base on investigation if the customer is liable.
• If there is injury or death while in operation both parties should cooperate in the investigation
and will comply in the outcome of the investigation. (please be reminded that our operation will
not initiate to any job without prior notice or go-signal from any of the officials on the jobsite.
Mainly the site foreman, engineers, architects or anyone in command in the jobsite.)
• MTS Equipment Rental reserves the right to pullout and discontinue the use of unit set by
customer upon the expiration of the initial contract unless a new contract is negotiated and
additional or new payments is remitted.
