ORDINANCE
REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION
PESOS & 00/100 (₱1,000,000.00) FROM THE
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING TO
REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING,
BOTH UNDER THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF SULOP, DAVAO DEL SUR

Be it ordained by the 18th Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source - There is hereby appropriated in

the 20% Development Fund in the Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Budget of the Municipality of
Sulop, Davao del Sur under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2021 – 14 the amount of ONE
MILLION PESOS & 00/100 (₱1,000,000.00) for the Construction of Multi-Purpose
Building.

SECTION 2. Purpose - The amount of ONE MILLION PESOS & 00/100
(₱1,000,000.00) referred to in the next preceding paragraph is hereby realigned to
Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building.

SECTION 3. That the Municipal Treasurer is hereby authorized to disburse the

amount only for the above purpose for which it is intended and realigned.

SECTION 4. Effectivity - That this Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
