N011050- 051222_ Message_ History. pdf

To Whom it May Concern,

We are requesting a review of the denial of our request for the attachments to CPS FOIA N011050-
051222. This is regarding Investigative report # 7820 of Eric Skalinder a known pedophile. It is in the
public’s interest to see his method of grooming his students through text messages.

CPS is conjoining FOIA requests. The current request is for text messages used in an investigative
report. CPS quotes the texts messages in the investigative report so there is no reason that the
originals could not be released.

We understand the need to redact information, but the contents of the text messages and evidence
of this known pedophile are of public interest for the safety of children.

CPS is obstructing public safety in this matter.

Dr. John Kugler
