ENLARGED SPLEEN.
The spleen is a vital organ in the human body. One of its many roles is
eliminating old and damaged red blood cells. Also, the spleen is vital for
your immune system because it helps to keep infections at bay.

Spleen enlargement occurs when it gets overworked, in a process that


results in what doctors call splenomegaly. This nasty condition leads to
liver damage, congestive heart failure, and other types of cancer such as
leukemia. Other less severe symptoms might be frequent hiccups, the
feeling of fullness after eating a small-sized meal, and experiencing
some pain in the abdomen.

Grape Juice

This one is pretty simple and straightforward. Pick 2 cups from your

an efficient weapon against splenomegaly. 1 or 2 cups of apple juice are
enough to ensure that your enlarged spleen will be back to its normal
size in no time.

Raw Papaya Sap

This one might be the trickiest of all home remedies because it can
constitute quite of a challenge to do. Just slice a raw papaya and take 8
to 10 drops of the sap on an empty stomach in the morning.*
With Raw Papaya as stated above, raw papaya is a good alternative food
source. Peel a small raw papaya and soak it in lemon juice and leave it
there over the night. Slice the raw papaya in the morning and pour 6
grams of sea salt on it.
