Agenda #1: Discuss the opening of the academic year 2022-2023.


Points Discussed:
- Academic year 2022-2023 will begin on August 22, 2022 (Monday)

- Grades 7 and 9 are scheduled in the morning (7:45 AM - 12:30 PM)

- Grades 8 and 10 are scheduled in the afternoon (12:45 PM - 5:30 PM)

- Each subject will be taken once a week only until November 2, 2022. New class
schedule will be given for the full implementation of face-to-face classes on November
2, 2022.
Agenda #2: Discuss the G9 Responsibility class schedule.
Points Discussed:
- The class will follow a blended modality of classes specifically Face-to-Face and
Digital Printed Modules (Distance Learning)
- On Mondays and Friday, the students will follow a purely distance learning modality
(Digital Printed Modules)
- On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the students will have a Face-to-Face
modality of learning.
- The G9 Responsibility Class Schedule is as follows:

Agenda #3: Schedule of Activities for S.Y. 2022-2023


Points Discussed:
- E-KAMUSTAHAN 2022 (PARENTS & STUDENTS) - TBA
-> an online kumustahan once a month with the student and parents separately. It aims
to check the mental and physical health of the student as same as the parents.

Agenda #4: Important Reminders for Academic Year 2022-2023


Points Discussed:
- Academic Performance Monitoring
↳ There is monitoring of the student performance in grades and in school for the section
is expected to obtain a certain average every quarter.
↳ An academic performance monitoring report will be prepared for each student if they
will not be able to meet the grade requirement. It is a quarterly report consisting the
following subject requirements
- incomplete requirements
- scores in exam
- remediation/intervention taken
- teacher's remarks

- Subject Requirements

↳ The Homeroom Guidance is also an extra subject for the section that will aim to
encourage students' academic, social, emotional and personal development in school
and also in their home.

- Code of Conduct

Students are expected to adhere to the following standards of behavior:


↳ The opinions, status of any kind, nationality, and religion of others must all be
respected by students. The students must respect all nationalities, religion, and ethnicity.
No discrimination should occur. Be mindful of jokes, words, and actions;
↳ Abide by school rules;
↳ Must contribute to and engage in a suitable learning environment;
↳ Communicate effectively at all times;
↳ Engage in school-related activities;
↳ Must always uphold everyone's moral and physical integrity;
↳ Must see to it that all school equipment, materials, furnishings, and landscaping are
kept clean and well-maintained, and that they are used properly. Make sure to put the
cleaning materials in the right place. Be neat all the time
↳ Must respect the ownership rights of any things or items that belong to someone. Do
not use nor touch any item that is not yours unless given permission to do so;
↳ The school services and policies must be observed inside the classroom all the time;
↳ Make sure to greet everyone and anyone. Don’t forget to respect and treat them well.
Even though the students and teacher look highly to the section, one must remain well-
mannered and keep your feet on the ground.

↳ Must not discriminate, sexuallize, take part in any illegal and risky actions, abuse,
tamper school supplies and equipment and engage in a fight.

↳ Must not invite any visitors due to the pandemic.

The expected behavior in class

↳ Attendance on time. Regular attendance is essential. Always be punctual in every


class or meeting and with deadlines. Have a valid reason for tardiness;

↳ Always avoid standing around in the comfort rooms and canteens and loitering in the
hallways.

↳ While waiting for their teachers, students should be silent.

↳ Students are expected to maintain school furniture including chairs and tables.

↳ No student is permitted to leave the campus while classes are in session, unless there
are legitimate justifications, such as emergencies.

↳ Manage your time wisely and accordingly as the subjects and program activities may
overlap during the school year.

↳ As much as possible bring food to school for lunch or snacks since going outside
could still be risky.

Agenda #5: Implementation of Health Protocols for Face-to-Face Classes


Points Discussed:
- Students are required to wash their hands before entering the classroom.
- Temperature check before entering the class.
- Must wear facemasks all the time.
- Students must always spray or apply alcohol or hand sanitizers.
- There is a designated table for alcohol and facemasks exclusive to the section.
- Students will be closely monitored everyday. They are inspected to bring the following
always;
● Alcohol
● Extra face masks
● Own tumbler or utensils
- They are not allowed to share things such as school supplies, utensils or tumblers to
observe proper health protocols.
Agenda #6: Requirements per Subject
Points Discussed:
- For English, prepare the following (tentative):
● 1 Big Notebook for Journal
● 1 Red Regular Notebook
- Subject teachers are expected to give their subject requirements on the first week of
classes.

Agreements:
- Parents and guardians signed an agreement that requires SPJ students to wear full
school uniforms for face-to-face classes.
- For unavailability of school uniform, wear appropriate clothes, preferably white shirt and
pants.
