 What is the process of

Reimbursement of bills?
You need to raise a claim on our Third-party
Vendor, ADP uploads the soft copy of Bills,
The same will get processed along with the
payroll of the month.
Note: Keep the original with yourself and once
we resume office submit the hardcopy of the
bills in a drop box in office
Reimbursement cycle is 16th of previous month
to 15th of current month
Note: For Reimbursement like Relocation Bills
and Notice Buy out amount - You need to
submit your actual bills to your respective
recruiter for Reimbursement like Relocation
Bills within one month and for Notice Buy out
amount within 2 months of joining.
Note: For Reimbursement like Petrol, Driver,
Medical, Mobile, Broadband etc. - You need to
upload the bills on ADP portal.
How will I commute on the Joining

Day?
Virtual Joining: You will be sent an invite along
with link to complete your Day 1 formalities
Physical Joining: We have Metro Shuttle
services running from Noida City Center Metro
Station at 20 minutes frequency. You can avail
this facility.

There is a “Buddy” assigned to every New
Joiner, who will help you get familiar with our
processes and policies.
In case I join GL on or after the 16th
of any month, what is the process of
salary generation in that case?
New joiners who join after the cut-off date of
the month, their salaries get processed along
with the salary of the succeeding month. You
will receive the arrears along with the salary of
the succeeding month. The cut-off date is
published by the Payroll administrator every
month.
Is there any condition attached with

Relocation amount / Notice buy-out
Amount/ Joining Bonus?
Yes, if you leave the company before
completion of one year these amounts shall
become recoverable by GlobalLogic.
Whom do I contact on my Joining Day?
Virtual Joining: The reporting time will be
mentioned in the invite.
Physical Joining: On the day of your joining you
need to report at the reception desk and from
there you will be escorted to the joining room.

In case I am unable to produce a few

documents on the day of joining, what
would be the time provided to submit
the document?
All mandatory documents are to be submitted
by the day of joining. In case of anything is
missing till the day of joining, the same can
delay your onboarding as well.

 How is the Leaves policy structured at Global Logic?

The leaves structure is distributed in the following pattern:-

• Earn Leave — 1.5 for every completed month

• Casual Leave/— 0.5 day for every month

• Maternity Leave — 6 Months

• Adoption Leave — 12 Weeks

• Paternity Leave — 5 Days

• Compensatory Offs - Max up to 3 in a quarter

• Hospitalization Leave - 10 Days

Accumulation of Leaves: Employees can accumulate earned leaves combined up to 60

Any leaves above 60 will lapse. Calendar year cycle followed for crediting or lapsing of leaves.

Can I encash my accrued unused

Yes, we provide salary advances and Interest
Free Exigency, House and Car loans to our
employees subject to approval from People
Development. All loans have certain eligibility
criterions based on your tenure with the
company. Please read the Policy document on
our intranet once you join.

Yes, you can adjust all your reimbursable
components of your salary annexure
(components marked with stars in Salary
annexure) before your day of joining or twice in
a year which is April and October. LTA*
components however can only be changed in
April (once in a financial year).

 How should I transfer or withdraw my

PF?
Transfer happens only on unified portal by
login with UAN number you can raise a Ticket
on Finance helpdesk once you joined us and
team will guide you.
Does Globallogic Offers flexi work

timings?
Yes. We offer flexi work timings. The official
working hours for Global logic is check-in 8:30
AM – 11:00 AM to check-out 5:30 PM - 8:00
PM. Every employee is required to complete 9
hours of service every day. However every
project manager can decide to have certain
time during the day when the entire team must
be present in the office together.
17 How will I commute to my work place?
* Applicable for Delhi/NCR only
We offer transport facility from Delhi/NCR for
commuting to the workplace at the office
timings. This is chargeable on the monthly
basis at a very reasonable cost. We also have
regular free service of Metro Shuttle which
starts from Noida, City Center Metro Station
every 20 minutes. Every employee can avail
either of the above.
Which Bank would support my Salary

We offer Corporate Salary Accounts from YES
Bank, Citibank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and
HDFC Bank
Can someone help in finding a rented

accommodation?
We do not provide any help in finding a rented
accommodation, however our ES (Employee
Services) Department can introduce to a few
local brokers.
Can I increase my PF contribution?

Yes you can increase your PF contribution to
the maximum limit of 12% of your basic (not to
exceed more than (Rs. 15000/month) as per
PF act). However the company’s contribution
remains capped at Rs.1800/- (p.m.)
What is the Appraisal process at

Globallogic?
We follow an annual appraisal cycle, details
mentioned below:
• Cycle Followed: 1st April to 31st March
• Eligibility Criteria: DOJ on or before 31st
December.
Increments will take place on an annual basis
and will be effective 1st July of the year, for
those employees who are eligible to undergo
the review.
Do we have a Dress Code at

Globallogic?
We don’t have any specific dress code. You
can dress in formals/office casuals as per your
choice throughout the work week. However on
certain occasions you will be required to dress
formally.
Do you offer Work from home?

Yes, we offer work from home facility to our
employees on a case to case basis. You would
need to take permission from your direct
reporting manager for the same.

You can connect with your Buddy or your
manager for the same as it is project specific.

 Can we change the enrollment in our

year?
You can only make the changes in your
enrollments within 2 days of your joining or in
the month of April (when the policy is
renewed).
How do we connect with our managers

Joining Team will share your login credentials
with you on your personal email ID on your
DOJ.
When will the Laptop be delivered to

us?
If you are residing within/nearby the office
location (Noida/Delhi NCR., Bangalore,
Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Pune) then
the laptop will be delivered to you within 3 to 5
days and if you are residing outside the
location then it might take a week or so basis
the availability of the courier facility.
