First and foremost, the similarities
of any Literary piece should be that
there should always be a character

can find in many different genres is

to also give purpose and entice the
readers into what the author is
trying to project. Many literature
pieces can subjectively relate to its

they expect and more.

Differences
Unlike the other
genres, this focuses more on the
feminine audience, hence the name
of the genre, “Chick Lit”.
Hyper poetry is a work that stands
out as a short and simple piece that
projects its meaning in a short time.
A blog is like an online diary and
published in a chronological
order.
This genre skims past reality
and dives into the science fiction
theme.
This is a relatively new genre as
it tries to use the text messaging
as a way to express characters
thoughts and emotions.
Flash fiction has many different
variations of how many words
can substantiate the text.
Graphic novels use drawings
and art to express the emotions
of their characters
