PAINT OVER SPRAY IN PAINTING BOOTH
WATER TREATMENT
1. Introduction.
This Paint Coagulant consist of 3 kinds product. As Paint Kill – 102A, Paint Floc – 220K & Adjuster – 250P Both
of those chemical formulated to denature the paint over spray with the solution in paint booth circulation.
2. Use Methode.

Adjuster- 250P (AD-250P) Clear Liquid 0,1 ~ 0.5% Vol pH ; 8 -10 1.0 ~ 5.0% pH ; 8 -10

3. General Characteristics
Base chemical is high polymer which can control quantity of sludge. Keep clean water circulation in paint booth.

4. Attention.
This product is alkaline, always use rubber gloves , masker and chemical goggles when handling. Please read Material
