There are four basic ways to assemble the stop, depending on HB050 1-1/2" hex bolt. . . . . . . 1
whether you want the stop arm on the left or right side of the stop body,
and whether or not you'll be using a 3/4" sub-fence on the Ultra Track.

A: If you're not using a 3/4" sub-fence, mount the B: If you are using a 3/4" sub-fence, the rounded
stop arm to the stop block so the T-slot in face of the stop edge of the stop block (opposite from the T-slot side)

ASSEMBLY Insert the smooth portion of the pivot pin (4519P)

If you're using the stop on our Ultra Track with a 3/4" sub-fence and
F you're using our Ruler Bar too, you'll want to attach the cursor to the 4519C
back of the stop body. Install the two 3/16" washers (WB001) on the 5/8"
screw (MT012), insert the screw thru the hole in the cursor (4519C) and start WB001 x2
a nut (NUT004) on the end of the screw. Slide the nut in the T-slot of the stop
body, adjust the cursor position on the Ruler Bar and tighten the screw.

 Attach the assembled Stop to the top of the Ultra
Track by sliding the bolt head in the T-slot of the Ultra
track. Position where desired and tighten the knob.
You can read the stop position by sighting along
the outside edge of the stop arm and either a scale on
our optional Ruler Bar, or a scale placed on a 3/4" sub-
fence or the upper front face of the Ultra Track.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
The optional 4523 Micro Adjuster attaches to
either stop and allows up to 5/8" of fine adjustment.
The optional 4517 Extension attaches to the Straight
Stop arm and provides support for wide mitered boards, etc.
The optional 4824, 4836 & 4848 Ruler Bar attaches
to the back upper T-slot of the Ultra track and provides
an adjustable scale for reading the stop position.
