I declare as (General Manager/ Administrative) of _____________ I celebrate this contract with

BIR. Julio Cesar Flores Amaya as virtual dispatcher for our trucking company. I clearly understand
that all the services BRI. Julio Cesar Flores Amaya will provide to our company has legal effects in
Mexico.

This contract includes services of dispatching under the name of _______________ trucking
company. This contract has effects as in Mexico as in The United States.

1. Obligations of the virtual dispatcher

a) The virtual dispatcher will answer all emails and calls from brokers entities

b) The virtual dispatcher will not share any information of the company to 3 rd people or
companies

c) MC and DOT Will not be used without authorization of the general manager or owner of the
company.

d) All information will keep updated by google sheets every day

2. Obligations of the company

a) Proceed with the payment on time: the payment days will be on Fridays at 12:00 by SPEI or
Direct deposit. (if you have an American account you have to do it by Ulink or Paypal). All
information is at the end of this contract.

b) Notify to the virtual dispatcher ETA of drivers, if you already have another dispatcher please
notify before to sign.

c) The company will give assistance to the driver on any incident in the United States and Mexico.

I declare I understand that all service provided at this moment has a cost of $250 USD or its
equivalent in Mexican pesos of $5,000.00.

3. breach of contract
If you or your company breach the contract it will be notify to the legal workers department in
Mexico due to your breach.

If you don’t pay the services on time you will be charged for 5% of the total amount 12.5 usd or
250 mexican pesos per day you don’t pay.
