SUBJECT .• EXTENDED VALIDITY OF REGISTRATION FOR ALL MOTOR

VEHICLES WITH PLATE NUMBERS ENDING " 8, 9, AND 0"

In view of the continuing enforcement of the nationwide community quarantine, and

health and safety protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic and due to backlog cause by
the slowdown of the system and insufficient PETC, it is hereby directed that the validity
of registration of all motor vehicles with the following plate numbers endings sha ll be
extended.

PLATE NUMBER ENDING EXTENDED VALIDITY

8 30 Seotember 2022
9 31 October 2022
0 30 November 2022

No penalty/surcharge shall be collected for the renewal of registration of the said

vehicles.

The weekly schedule for the middle digit of said plate numbers shall be observed for
purposes of complying with IATF regulations on physical distancing.

All memoranda, orders, circulars, and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby
revised or superseded accordingly.
