Eligibility & Admission Conditions:

1. The eligibility criteria, admission procedure, fees to be charged and other conditions notified by
the respective Regulatory Body (i.e. ucc / coA / AICTE / Govt. of Punjab / IKGPTU) from time
to time, shall be applicable to all the courses offered at IKGPTU Main Campus and its Constituent
Campuses for Admission Session 2022-23.

General Conditions:

1. Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be applicable as per AICTE / Punjab Government / IKGPTU

norms,

Z. Reservationt Reservation of seats shall be as per guidelines issued by the Government of

punjab Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, from time to time'

3. All the courses offered at IKGPTU Campuses are subject to minimum enrolment of five students
in post Graduate courses and ten students in Under Graduate courses. Admission in these
courses will be purely provisional. if the minimum admission criteria to any course is not fulfilled
till the last date of admission, then the concerned HoD will initiate the process for further
directions from competent authority to run that pafticular course having enrolment less than
the specified minimum admissions.
4. Refund policy shall be same as per guidelines issued by the respective Regulatory Body (i.e'
UGC i COA I AIC-IE lGovt' of Punjab / IKGPTU) from time to time'
