To,

Duty Officer,

Mayapuri Police Station

West District

New Delhi.

My name is Nikhil Jain and I want to report an incident which took place on 20 th
September 2018 at A/49, Mayapuri, New Delhi at about 2.15 pm. I am a resident
of B-24, Anand Vihar, New Delhi and own a factory at A/49, Mayapuri, New
Delhi which was shut since a long time. 20 or 25 days prior my friend Vaibhav
Jesvani came and asked for my help and wanted me to give the factory on rent to
his friend Abhinav Agarwal for setting a steel factory there. As it was my friend so
I agreed and also I found Abhinav a decent person while we met for several times
regarding the agreement.

All the formalities were completed and I gave my factory on rent so that Abhinav
can run his steel factory. It was going well, but on 20.9.18 I went to meet Abhinav
regarding some agreement issue, I sat for around 30 minutes and then I left. When
I came out I realized that I forgot my car keys inside, so I went back to take them
and then I heard one of the employees discussing with Abhinav and saying that this
time the coins of Rs.5 and Rs.10 do not look real and we need to counterfeit them
again.

I was shocked as I heard this discussion in which the coins were being faked, and
that all was happening in my factory but I didn’t react as I got scared. I entered his
office, took my keys and came out. After coming out I decided to come to the
police station and register the FIR and give the entire information to the police as
illegal work was going on in my factory and it could have harmed my interests. I
never expected that this could happen, behind the steel factory being run an illegal
work of counterfeiting Indian coins was going on.
