Why would you call me Lord but not do what I ask?
Matthew 7:21-23
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall
enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth
the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will
say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have
cast out devils? and in thy name done many
wonderful works? And then will I profess unto
them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that
work iniquity”
Mateo 7:21-23.
Hindi ang bawa't nagsasabi sa akin, Panginoon,
Panginoon, ay papasok sa kaharian ng langit; kundi
ang gumaganap ng kalooban ng aking Ama na nasa
langit. Marami ang mangagsasabi sa akin sa araw na
yaon, Panginoon, Panginoon, hindi baga
nagsipanghula kami sa iyong pangalan, at sa
pangalan mo'y nangagpalayas kami ng mga
demonio, at sa pangalan mo'y nagsigawa kami ng
maraming gawang makapangyarihan? At kung
magkagayo'y ipahahayag ko sa kanila, Kailan ma'y
hindi ko kayo nangakilala: magsilayo kayo sa akin,
kayong manggagawa ng katampalasanan.
Matthew 7:22 says that the people whom Jesus never
knew were very involved in doing many things in Jesus
name, even miracles
You need to do one thing, “The will of the Father”. How
do you do the will of the Father; and what is the will of the
Father?
Hebrews 10:5-10
“Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he
saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but
a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings
and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book
it is written of me,) to do thy WILL, O God. Above
when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt
offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not,
neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered
by the law; Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy
WILL, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may
establish the second. By the which WILL we are
sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus
Christ once for all
Hebrews 10:5-10

Kaya't pagpasok niya sa sanglibutan, ay sinasabi,
Hain at handog ay hindi mo ibig. Nguni't isang
katawan ang sa akin ay inihanda mo; 6 Sa mga
handog na susunugin at mga haing patungkol sa
mga kasalanan ay hindi ka nalugod. 7 Nang
magkagayo'y sinabi ko, Narito, ako'y pumarito (sa
balumbon ng aklat ay nasusulat tungkol sa akin.)
Upang gawin, Oh Dios, ang iyong kalooban. 8 Sa
itaas ay sinasabi, Mga hain at mga handog at mga
handog na susunuging buo at mga haing
patungkol sa kasalanan ay hindi mo ibig, at di mo
rin kinalulugdan (mga bagay na inihahandog ayon

The will of God is the offering of the body of Jesus Christ
for the sole purpose of fulfilling and deleting the old covenant
and the establishment of the New Covenant.
Simply put, the will of God is the death, burial and
resurrection of Jesus Christ for the salvation of the human
race and the establishment of the new covenant.
Doing the will of God is believing the finished work of
Christ and the establishment of the new covenant.
Heaven is more like a spiritual country and the
kingdom of Heaven is like the political structure governing
it.
Not all of them would enter (access) the new
administration after His death ie. The administration of
Grace, love, eternal forgiveness and eternal salvation.
Entering there simply referred to access and experience.
The word Kingdom in the Greek is basileia which
means royalty, rule, a realm and reign.
So the Kingdom of Heaven here is talking about the
royalty of the New Covenant, the rule, realm and reign of
Grace headed by Jesus Christ.
Entering the Kingdom of Heaven is about accessing
the Heavenly life, the New Covenant from above and
Grace which only comes by Jesus Christ, the Lord from
Heaven.
Some of the Jews called him Lord, but did not believe
in Him as the Messiah, they rather trusted in the laws of
Moses and their earthly temple.
Doing the will of the Father (believing Jesus Christ)
was the only means of entering the Kingdom of Heaven
(the Administration of the New Covenant).
Do you know before Jesus died and even after He
died, people (Jews of which some who did not even walk
with Him personally) used His name, did great works in His
name and did not even believe in Him?
In believing in the complete finished work of Christ, we
have done the will of the father and have entered into the
Kingdom of Heaven (the New Covenant of reign with Jesus
Christ).
Jesus said to them again, “I never knew you: depart from
me, ye that work iniquity”. The word “knew” is almost as the
same word used in Genesis 4 when Adam “knew” Eve his
wife and she conceived. It speaks of intimacy, union, oneness
and a jointness. This means Jesus never had any of such
which these unbelieving Jews.
Relax, Jesus would not deny you in Heaven because
you have already done the will of the Father by believing
the finished work.
