Abstract: Not more than 200 words given a general description of the entire project
Chapter 1: A brief introduction of the topic under consideration is laid, motivation for the
consideration of the topic, expected contribution to knowledge (spiritual growth, academic or
societal impact), the study environment/targeted audience and definition of terms
Chapter 2: A review of existing work on the subject matter is made by citing relevant articles,
journals, books etc
(between 10 – 12 pages)
Chapter 3: The method of carrying out the research is discussed (interviews, questionnaire, case
studies etc). The finding is then presented in a tabular, pictorial, statistical etc terms and its results
discussed.

Chapter 4: The research finding is summarized and a logical conclusion is drawn. Necessary
recommendations can thus be made
