RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made on the 11 th day of June, 2022 between Mr


RAJINDER SINGH R/o, H.No.222 2/3, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-11019, hereinafter
called the Landlord (which expression shall include his heirs, successors, legal
representatives and assigns of the one part, and Ms. ROLI SINGH W/o Shri BHANU
PRATAP Permanent Resident of Village Vishunpura, Post Dhaurharra, District Chanduali,
Uttar Pradesh, hereinafter called the Tenant (which expression shall include her heirs,
successors, legal representatives and assigns of the other part)

And whereas the Landlord is agree to let out the premises on Upper Ground
Floor in house No. 222 2/3, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 to the Tenant.

NOW THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-

1. That the tenure of the tenancy of the said premises would be for 11 months
beginning from 01.06.2022 and the said period will be extended after 11
months on mutual consent of both the parties.

2. That the monthly rent of Rs 7000/- (Rupees Seven thousand only) in respect
of the aforesaid premises shall be paid every month in advance by the tenant
to the Landlord on or before the 10th day of each English Calendar Month.

3. That the Tenant shall pay Electricity Charges and Water Charges for the
tenanted premises as per actual Government Bill from the date of occupation
and till the date of handing over the possession to the Landlord.

4. That the rent shall be liable to be increased @ 10% after 11 months.

5. That the original of this agreement will be retained by the Landlord.

6. That the Tenant shall not make any structural additions or alterations in the
said premises without the written permissions of the Landlord but can make
minor changes after informing the Landlord.

7. That the Tenant shall not sublet or assign the premises in part or whole under
any circumstances.

8. That the Agreement can, however, be terminated by the Landlord or the


Tenant on one month’s notice to the other.

9. That the Tenant shall peacefully permit either the Landlord or his
representative to enter the premises in all the reasonable times in order to
examine the state and condition of the premises.
10. That the Tenant shall not carry any illegal business or activities nor shall store
any prohibited articles or commodities which could damage to the flat
premises.

11. That both the Landlord and the Tenant will be bound by the terms and
conditions of the Rent Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, BOTH THE LANDLORD AND THE TENANT


HAVE SET THEIR RESPECTRIVE HANDS TO THE RENT AGREEMENT, AT DELHI
FIRST ABOVE MENTIONED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FOLLOWING WITNESSES.
