1. How did you feel about the activity?
I actually smiled a lot. I realized that I’m contented with the state of my life right now.
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
It was easy. I’m an emotional person. I don’t have any problems in showing my emotional
reactions.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in your
life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes. Through evaluating my feelings towards the things that mean a lot to me in that scenario,
I was able to show my feelings about them.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
I noticed that I’m a very optimistic person. I tend to look at life in a bright perspective.
However, I usually focus on the big picture and be careless about the little things.
