We, the 5th year Industrial Engineering students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines-
Manila are currently conducting a Feasibility study entitled "Feasibility Study on Establishing an
Online Fishery Investment" as a requirement in the subject Project Feasibility Studies (INEN 3475).
The objective of the study is to establish a Tilapia fish pond farm that will help fish cultivators in
Unisan, Quezon to raise capital from lessees. Our study aims to provide financial assistance for the
livelihood of fish cultivators.  

In line with this, we are requesting your good office to have consultation with your department to
discuss the following as our guidelines in the study:
1.      Services of your good office with regards to Tilapia production in LFPC.
2.      Registration of Tilapia producers under your jurisdiction in LFPC.
3.      Terms and condition in Tilapia producers in LFPC.
4.      Cost in registration and availing your services LFPC.
