H8ID Camp Lukban random drug test as the Chief, CI
Branch, OG2,8ID, PA to the
students of MINCLOBC Cl 130-
21 on 26 April 2022 that resulted
to identification and recruitment
of CN Phillip Morris which led to
the capture of SSg Siangco,
assigned with 8ID Liaison in
Tacloban City, during a Buy-Bust
Non-Combat Operation, as the source/supplier
of illegal drugs of some
personnel of 8ID all over the
AOR.
2021 – 8ID, PA/ Consolidated the 8ID Drug
H8ID Camp Lukban Watchlist by successful conduct
of several Random Drug Test to
the line units of 8ID and effective
interrogation to various personnel
who had been found positive
during the drug screening test.

accomplishment of the 53rd
Engineer Brigade for effective
and efficient management of
financial resources as the Chief,
Management and Fiscal Office.
